After the sale of the above— The lease of Section 45, Block 7, upon which are erected the stables, Caledonian Boarding House, cottages, and two shops, will be sold. The lot being let until termination of lease (nearly 11 years), at a rental of L 206 per annum. The ground rent of the above section being at a yearly rental of L 145, leaving a clear profit to the proprietor, of L6l per annum. The horses are all young, sound, and active, and are so well known, "that it is needless to make further comment.
