MR DICK AND THE EXECUTIVE
(7*o the Editor of the Daily Times.) Sir—la reading your paper this morning, I stumbled across a letter signed "One of Mr Dick'a Committee." It does not require much knowledge to know from whence the lucubration emanated, but for the sake of information to the inhabitants of Otago, the salaries, as stated by the writer, arc not facts until the first of August.—l am, &c,
