All the RUN or SHEEP-STATION; at the Tanerua, in the Whareama District, in the Province of Wellington, and commonly known as the TANERUA STATION, with the Sheep, Cattle, and improvements thereon. THE STATION Is well bounded, and contains ahout 6865 acres of Freehold Land, 5000 acres Government Land, and 4000 acres held under lease from the Natives, at a moderate rent. 200 acres of the Freehold Land are laid down in grass, and fenced ; and 200 acres more are being laid down and fenced into paddocks ; the whole fencing being done with Totara.
