THE "BRANDY" CASE.
(To the Editor of tlie Daily Times.)
Sik—Will you be good enough to make knowu to your readers that your reporter haa made a blunder in reporting us in to-day's Times as plaintiffs in a suit in the Magistrate's Court. It i 3 not true that we were the plaintiffs, nor do we know anything respecting the case in question. —We are, &c, H. and J. Habt.
Dunedin, 25th July. [The plaintiff in the case was " Jlyam Hart;" but it being called on as "H. Hart v. Johnston," our reporter was misled thereby. We much regret that the error should have occurred. —Ejo. 0.D.T.1
