King Leopold is very ill. A fresh insurrection is reported in Morocco. From Japan we hear that the Tycoon prefers paying the indemnity to opening the inland sea of Simonosaki. A telegram just received, dated New York, 17th May, says "Jefferson Davis has been captured at Irwinsville, Georgia, . together with his family and some oc his Ministers ; they are all now on their way to AYashington."
