A penalty of £00 will be exacted for every breach of the contract, unless caused by circumstances beyond the control of the contractors. Tenders for the above Service to state what Subsidy will be required for tbe performance of the tervice for a period of &ix months; also, to state the tariff of charges for the landing of passengers and goods, as well as the rates for towage.
