A return must bs made to the Provincial Treasurer, quarterly, of all lees and charges received, but the said fees and charges shall be returned to the Poundkeeper, in lieu of salary Further particulars will be i'ur-jii-hed ou application to the Provincial Treasurer, Dunedin. MEDICAL PRACTITIONEKS ORDINANCE—It is hereby notified that 0.1 the 27thday of May last.; '"The M.dical Practitioners Ordinance, 1864," came into operation ■within the Province of Otaeo,' and that all persons qualified to practise in medicine or surgery, &c..in Otago, must lodge their diplomas and certificates of qualification on. or before the 19th day of August current, with me, at the office of ■George Brodrick, Esq., 1 Mercer's Buildings, Dunedin, in order that registration may be effected before 26th August current, in terms of the said Ordinance*. The attention of medical men throughout the Province of * tago. is particularly directed to clauses 10 and 19 of the aforementioned Ordinance.
