(To the Editor of the Daily TimesJ Sir—ln your issue of this date, I observed that a man named Willkm England was yesterday fined for bein? drunk. As I bear the game name, the circumstance is likely to be injurious to me, and a matter of grief to mv friends, unless I, through your courtesy, am sifforaed the means of setting them right. I have no knowledge whatever of the person referred to, and was not aware that any person bearing that name (except myself) was a resident in imnedin.
