The large business done in Woe,, suggested to many parries last year the desirability of aaction sales during the season, but a great drawback to the successful carrying out of such a plan arose from the want of suitable premises for storing the Wool and showing the samples, this obstacle being now removed, MLANDRESS, HEPBURN, AND CO with the promised support of Messrs J. JOBfclS and CO. „ DALGETY, RATTKAY and CO. „ CARGILL and CO. „ R. B. MARTIN and CO. „ MORRISON, LAW and CO. And others, have resolved to hold Weekly Auctions in their new premises, Manse-street, for the sale of Wool during the season. Early notice will be given of the first sale.
