XTOTICE I-i HEREBY GIVEN, that in con_lM fortuity with the Joint Stock Company's Act of 1860, an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of this Company will be held at the Masonic Hall, Princes street, Dunedin, on the 7th day of July, 1864, at the hour of two o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of confirming, if passed, certain resolutions to be presented to a preliminary meeting of the shareholders to be held on the 15th instant.
