Teeth ?** r Judicial and Law Notices, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Jam Cams, of Queenstown, in the Province es Otago and colony of New Zealand, Publican, has by deed of assignment bearing date the twentyeighth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, and made between the said James Cams, of the first part, John Denys Walker, of Queenstown aforesaid, Brewer, lies Gash, of Queenstown aforesaid, Storekeeper, and Francis Moran, of the same place, Storekeeper, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, being severally creditors in their own right, or in copartnership of the third part, assigned all and singular the stock-in-trade, goods, chattels, credits, and other personal estate and effects whatsoever, and wheresoever, of him the said James Cams, or any person in trust for hitn, is or are possessed or entitled unto the said John Denys Walker, lies Gash, and Francis Moran, in trust for all the creditors of the said James Cams. And notice is hereby given, that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said James Cams, at the office of Henry Elmes Campbell, in Ballai at street, Queenstown aforesaid, Solicitor.
