MESSRS ROBERTSON AND CO. have been favored with instruct: ns Hy Mr William Livesey, who is compelled by private affairs to leave the colony for England, to submit to public competition, The above-named most VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY. The Prince of Wales is situated in Dee street, Invercargill, in the most central part of this rapidly risiner town, aud on the direct road for the Lake Wakatipu, Nokomai, and all the other tOUTHLAND BORDER GOLD FIELDS.. This hotel has also a very extensive connection, among the principal squatters, country settlers, and merchants of the province, aud is admitted to be the leading hotel in luvercargill. The premises stand upon a most eligible section within a short distance of the General and Provincial Government i.-trices, wA have a frontage of 60ft to Dee street. (here is also a right of way, 18ft wide, connecting D c street with the Esplanade and Railway Terminus The hotel is two stories high, with verandah and balcony, the whole length of the building in front and on two sides, with entrance to the balcony from the upper floor. Next door to the hotel are the auctioa mart and sale yards of Messrs Carey aud Gillies, stock and Btation salesmen. In submitting this most valuable property to the public, the auctioneers would merely observe uhat the Prince of Wales Hotel is one of ihe oldest established hotels in Southland, and has been in the hands of the present proprietor since it was built; it is too well-known to need sny furiher eulogium from them, and the most sceptical can be convinced, by the most rigid, examination, that A CBRTAIN FORTUNE must accrue to the purchaser. THE TERMS, which will be declared on the day of sale, are othe MOST LIBERAL CHARICPER. Full particulars can be obtained on application ROBERTSON and CO, Auctioneers.
