VTOTICE is hereby given, that a declaration was .Ll on the 25„h day of August, 1863, filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, wherein Hans Juevgen Hansen, late of Melbourne, in Colmy of Victoria, i-3 plaintiff, and John Rogers Frazer, of Stafford-street, Dun3dii;, is defendant, praying th.-.t the pattne'ship at will heretofore subsisting between the said plaintiff and defendant, under the style or firm of H.J. Hansen and Co, may bo declared to be dissolved. And notice is also hereby given, -that• by aa order ofthe Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 27th day of August, 1863, made in this cause it was ordered aid directed that a writ of injunction should issue to restrain the defendant, his agents, servants, workmen, and others from sellin» or disposing of any goods or merchandise now stored at the store m Stafford-street, in the pleadings of this cause mentioned, and from drawing cheques upon or otherwise appropriating any monie3 or funds, or otherwise increasing the liability or overdraft ofthe said firm of H. J. Hansen and Co, at the Bank of New Zealand Dunedyi, and from interfering at said Ba:k with the funds of the said copartnership firm, ahd from farther carrying-on business in the name or on account of th° said firm of H. J. Hansen and Co, and from selling or attempting to sell or dispose ofthe said store, or any part thereof, and from collecting or attempting to collect the debts due to the sail firm, and from negotiating or attempting *o negotiate the bills of exchange or ether securities now in the hands of the defendant, his agents, or servants, on account of the said farm, until after plea pleaded, and until the further order of this Court.
