The Salcn dc Diner, managed by Waters and Robertson, is replete with everything that heart can desire, or fancy wish. Warmth, light, a choice carte de diner, and respectful attendance, combined, renders this Salon the mostuuique in the Southern Hemisphere. The Bedrooms are light, airy, dean, and comfortable. The cuisine, has been built expressly for this business, under the personal -supervision of Mr Morton, and is fitted with all the appliances that modern culinary science has hitherto developed.
