Messrs. Miles and Co. report the sale 'of tho Lowry Peaks station, comprising 100,030 acres of purchased land, with 50,000 sheep, for LlcO.000; 20,000 acres of sheep country in tlio Mackenzie country, without improvements, L 2000; 5000 ewes in three lots, deliverable after shearing, 30* per head; 900 lambs, mixed sexes, 17s 6J per head: 500 ewes, deliverable before shearing, mixed ages, 33d per head; 200 head of cattle on the Watmakuriri, a very mob, at L 8 10s per bead, ofco 600 head, a mixed herd, delivered sou tli of the Waitaki, at £Bslos8 slos per head. Mr. Barnard reports the sale by public auction on Saturday last of 10 saddle and light harness horses, at from LlO.to L 47.10*, averaging L2915a per head. 3 draught geldings, each, L 44, LSO, and L 6 5; 1 pair working bullocks, L 29, ex Airedale, from Wellington, y ..;..,x. . :
