Bums, Esq., Mossgiel, to sell by auctioa, day of sale to be after r wards announced (unless previously disposed of by private bargain), 45 ACRES OF STANDING TIMBER, Out of this well-known Bush, comprising AVhite, Red, and Black Pine and Totara, of very large size and great length of trunk, 40 feet being # the common average length without any branches, in lots of one acre and upwards, the first purchaser having the option of taking the whole. Now that timber is in such increased and growing demand, the present affords an opportunity which those engaged in the timber trade should not neglect.
