KNIGHTS OF THE BATH. CEREMONY OF INSTALLATION. LONDON, May 18. The ceremony of the installation of the Knights of the Order of the Bath, which has not- been li/p-ld since 1913, was performed at Westminster Abbey co-day. It was singularly beautiful and impressive. An imposing procession of about 60 Knights of the Graitd Cross of the Bath, including General Rawlinson. Admiral Jellicoe, Admiral Wemyss,' Sir Erie Gedd'es, Admiral Beatty, and Field-Marshal Haig. wearing the magnificent crimson robes of the Order, followed by the Duke of Connaught as -Grand Master, and finally by the King, made its way to Henry VlT.'s chapel, where the elaborate private ceremonial of installation was carried out. The new kinghts were then conducted to their stalk and seated under their own banners. The oaths were administered, and the ceremony in the chapel ended by knights drawing their swords -jnd holding them by the blade before the altar. The Times' correspondent at Milan states that according to a sensational report a coup d'etat has been planned to start at Milan, in which Pepitio Garibaldi, son of the Liberator, is concerned.
