The board of businesß met set up to consider the E.F.C.A. section of tlio railway dispute held its first meeting this afternoon, and discussed preliminary matters. The bonrd's' members a re* Messrs "W. J. Marchbnnks and \V. H. Milward (nominated by the Railway Department), and .1. S. Dickson and J. T. Martin (nominated by the E.P. C.A.). Mr Mihvard is'chairman.
