HELIGOLAND BULWARKS BLOWN UP BY DYNAMITE.

It is announced in Berlin, says the Paris edition of the "Chicago Tribune," that all defensive and offensive, military attdvjnaval positions on Heligoland have been destroyed by the Germans in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty of Versailles.
