TuV Government lias accepted the. offer, and 800,000 dollars have been voted for the salaries. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instruetea to open negotiations with the, Russian Legation for the cancellation of the Kiakhta Treaty of 1.914, under which the autonomy of Outer Mongolia was recognised.
