HAYES.—Died of wounds, 27th of Marchj 1918, "Somewhere in France," Rifleman William James Hayes, 26th Reinforcement, youngest and dearly beloved son of William and Rebecca Hayes. Ardgowan, aged 25 years. R.I.P. "He nobly did his duty." 286 WATT. —Killed in action in France on April 14th, Corporal John William Watt, eldest son of John and Isabel Watt, of Otekaike: aged! 24 years and 6 months.
