The case of James Brads haw, who has five brothers serving and- who enlisted but was rejected, was adjourned. _ James Barlow., grocer, was allowed', till March 1 to make financial andother arrangements. The appeal of Arthur- Franks, whose •brother has been killed-, was dismissed % In the case of Owen Churton, wooi. sorter, his employer stated that if Churton was called up he would be unable to replace him. Tn a lew days they would start on the Government wool, which would take six months to sort and scour. The case was' dis- ! missed.
