Per Press Association. Christchurcli, Xovember 10. ~\lr Allen has stated definitely that he has decided to extend the time for 'enlistments for the 23rd Reinforce-mcnts-untii Monday evening. If they, are not filled then, he must necessarily use the ballot. Good progress with voluntary recruiting is reported in other districts.
