Amsterdam, November 9. A steamer landed the crews of the English steamer Seatonia and the •traw. lers Caswell, Harrpt Castle, and Knatto, all of wliich wcro torpedoed. Received November 10, at~11.25 a.m. London, November 9. Notwithstanding the. bad weather the Arabia's boats safely took off 721 people within 20 minutes. The discipline was excellent.

Altogether 19S passengers will land at Malta, where they are expected today. Another 84 are at Port Said, and these will be sent to Marseilles speedily, the P( and O. Company providing any financial assistance that passengers require.

Received November 10, at 0.-15 p.m. Sydney, November 10. The loss of the Arabic will cause no interference in the P. and O. schedule. The Alorea takes np the running. The Sydney cargo included 620 bales of wool and '540 tons of flour and that from Melbourne 80 bales wool and 200 ton of flour. It indicates that the ship was earned. It is believed that no serious dispute with Germany is likely, but if any should arise it will be delayed until after tho election.
