GERMANS ENSLAVE BELGIANS.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received November 10. at 11.2-5 a.m. Amsterdam, November 3. The Telegraaf states that the Germans have deponed 5000 of the people of Antwerp. Many civilians fled, but most of them were overtaken, onlv 15 of them reaching Holland. Several of the jftiiiitives were electrocuted by the frontier wires.
