At tlie last call over buyers offered' up to £2 Is 6d, with no sellers under £2 2s 6d. Business was reported at £2 Is Gd. Waihi Grand .Junctions wore firmer with buyers .at £1 4s -id, but sellers were asking 2d more.. Bank of New Zeal amis- showed a further advance. The old issue had inquiry at £lO Is, rand the new issue at £ls 18s, with a. seller of the former at £lO 4s. Buyers of Union Steam (ordinary) hardened to £1 2s 6d.
