STEAMER NEGLECTS TO STOP, (Pee Phess Association.) Christchurch, August 5. Tiic Wakatu when entering Lyttelton Harbor about o o'clock this morning failed to .stop for examination when signalled, and a shot was iired over her bows from Fort Jcrvois. It is stated that the captain -was hot ■aware of the orders to signal, and the vessel proceeded straight to the wharves. . . .
