RUSSIAN ANARCHISTS.
ARRESTED IN PARIS. ' [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.] (Per Press Association.) Paris, July 7. Kiricheck, a Russian anarchist, and Trojanoviky, a- Pole, wliile carrying bombs were arrested at Beaumont-sur-Oiss near Pontoise. It is believed that they were plotting against M. Poincare to prevent his visit to the Czar. Kiricheck states that the bombs were intended for the Czar.
