Commenting oii the report "of the Public Account:; Committee, the Post remarks:-—"We agree, as-all fair critics must agree, thai; the Board was wrong in making commitments so : far ahead as throe years, but our opinion is that the rernmnicndation of ' change in personnel' was too drastic. If it was at all desirable to mak? a change this should have been a eourse for the Government tn take on evidence later on.
