MINISTERS IN CHRISTCHURCH.

(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, June 13. Ther« were four Ministers in Christ•hurrh this morning, but Messrs La urbason and Mac-Donald left for Culverden, where Mr Forbes, M.P., is being entertained to-night and Mr Colvin left for the West Coast. Mr Buxton will go south to-morrow. Mr Mac Donald, in a brief interview, s-aid that there were about 4000 employed on railway construction works at present and rather more on roads. Mr Colvin has been urged to intervene in the Rcel'ton dispute, but stated that he was unable to act as mediator I unless he was asked by both parties. He was anxious to see a settlement, and would willingly mediate if given the opportunity. _^____
