Mr Fagan, Secretary to the Jnangahua Miners' Union, interviewed by a Star reporter, expressed disgust at tho refusal of the Crown Law officers to prosecute for a. lock-out- in the mining trouble, and prophesied under the circumstances a protracted struggle.
