Ting Hing_was charged with being the occupier of premises used as a common gaming house, and was remanded on '.bail; Jim Wong and Ah Lee were also adjudged principals, inasmuch as they assisted in the management of the premises. The latter, who is only a new arrival, was fined £2, whilst the charge against Jim Wong was reduced to one. of being found in a common gaming house. He was fined £l. The remaining 35 were charged with being found in. a common gaming house, and were each fined £l.
