CHEMIST SELLS LIQUOR.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, October 18. At- the next- meeting of the New Zealand Pharmacy Board, the 1 resident. (Mr F. Castle) has given notice that- lie will move that an inquiry be made into the case, of the chemist at Waihi connected with illegally selling liquor, with a view to considering whether the Board shall make an application to the Governor-in-Council to have the name of the chemist removed from the register of pharmaceutical chemists, as provided for under section 24 of the Pharmacy Act. '
