MR ALLAN M'LEAN'S WILL.

Court was occupied to-day witli the case concerning the will of Mr Ulan M'Lcjki, late of Waikakahi,;.deceased, ifi iWliicli the.executors, Messrs A. Cott'ei'ill/B. M. Moliiierix, and u: JJ. Gee petitioned for remuneration for services under the will. Each executor was left £IOOO as an allowance, but fcliey-declined to accept it on the ground that it was inadequate. .... ' The testator's estate was valued at £597,030, and if it had been administered bv the Public Trustee, the latter would have received £7793. 'The execijtors, taking into consideration the allowance of £3OOO under the will, asked to be awarded £4352. Tho case is proceeding. '
