WORKMEN STRUCK KY LIGHTNINO. [Bv Electric Telegraph—Copyright.] (Per Press Association.) Berlin. May 31. Violent thunderstorms have occurred in South Germany. The river Paimar overflowed its hanks near Stuttgart, and swept away six houses. Twelve persons were drowned, including a family of six. Four were drowned at Heidelberg, ""d several children are missing. Brussels, May 31.. Hailstones killed thousands of birds. Fourteen workmen sheltering iu a shed in the Mons district were struck by lightning and all seriously ' injured.
