MEETING OF BAZAAR pOMajITTEE.

A meeting of the Boating Club Bazaar 'Jommittee held last evening in Tattersail's RooiriS i'waS well- attended. Mr C. Church, -vice-president, was in the chair." "The 'riieeting' was called for the purpose of further' arranging details and pushing forward necessary work in connection with the forthcoming bazaar. . , , A letter Was * , received from the secretary (Mr Piper) of the Coronation Committee inviting the Club- to take part in the ~torchlight"procession. On a vote it. was decided that the Club take an active part in the procession, and that a consisting of 14 members, be appointed to make tlie necessary preparations, so that the display be worthy .of the. occasion, the secretary to - write to the Trocessiort Committee asking if possible that' the processon start at 7 o'clock instead of

It was decided to have two large cakes made, each containing a number-of silver coins, ; the cakes to be sold at so. much per slice or pound. ' It was reported that the services of a fortulie-teller for the Gipsy tent -had' been secured. .
