(Per PnESS Association.) Dunedin, May 15. Owing to increasing development in the bee-keeping industry the Government has decided to appoint an apiary instructor for Otago and l Southland, and Mr 'E. A. Earp has. been selected for the position. Hitherto the whole of the South . Island, has been served by an instructor resident in Christchurcli.
