Reports " from Juarez state that Generals Orozylio and Madero, insurrectionary leaders, have quarrelled. The former tried to arrest the latter, who defied him. Insurrectionists took- sides and a conflict threatened. Peace was, however, restored. It is believed that the dispute involved the life of General Navarro, the Federal -general, who was secretly sent to El Paso by order ol Madero. Navarro is suspected of cruelty in previous battles. The rebels have occupied Cananea and Sonora, aud threaten Nogales.
