The Gallery of Fashion.

I "The Gallery of Fashion" is the title ' of a new monthly journal devoted chief-

ly to the interests of women. In a. sense it is a revival of the famous magazine which under tlio same title was a hundred years ago the undisputed law-giver in all that concerned the dressing and the beautifying of women. The century that has elapsed since the demise of the original has seen many changes. These changes are reflected in the incomparably superior character of the new journal. The letterpress of the April issue covers the chief society events of the hour, and includes also a beautiful fable signed by Armand Silvestre. The illustrations, fashion and otherwise, are superb, and mark perfection in this class of work.
