TIMARU BOROUGH ESTIMATES.
(Per Press Association.-) Timaru. May 11The Boroimh Council sat late last iiiirht over the estimates. Some_ increases were made in salaries, the 1 own Clerk by £2o. to £400: and the Engineer by £SO, to £4OO. The juniors wore also raised, and all the workmen by 6<l a day. The estimated receipts are C33.55S and the expenditure somewhatmore.
