-On behalf of Win. Quirk, licensed victualler, •Timaru. Mr Ongley entered a plea of guilty to a charge of on March 25th having sold Honor to be sent into a no-license district without having supplied the information required under the Act to the Clerk of the Court. A fine of Ids and costs 7s was imposed. _ A first offending inebriate, who had been detained for curative treatment, ykvs fined ss.
