DAYLIGHT SAVING.

' "Wellington, March 17 At the annual meeting of the Merchants' Association of New Zealand the principal of Mr Skley's Daylight Saving Bill was strongly approved, and it was decided to urge on the' Government the desirability of passing legislation next session dealing with the subject.
