SALES OF PROPERTY. Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., Oamaru, report having recently sold, on account of Mr T. W. Hille, Taptti, his freehold property, consisting of 3845 acres freehold, together with his rights, title, and interest in the Hospital Reserve of 2000 acres adjoining the property, to a North Canterbury buyer as a very satisfactory figure. The same Company has also sold, on account of Mr Bruce Gillies, Kurow, his run known as -Rugged Ridges (grazing run 2430), containing about 15,500 acres, his freehold land consisting of 122 acres, together with all improvements thereon, and 6000 2, 4," 6, and 8-tooth merino sheep, 20 cattle, horses, implements, household furniture, aud sundries. The buyer of this well-known groperty is Mr H. T. B. Munro, of arrow.
