It was one of the best d:iy's racing seen at Floinington. In accordance with the increasing prosperity, the autumn gathering .proved the biggest on record. The weather was nite and much warmer than spring meetings. The racing was splendid. New records were established for the St. Leger and the Newmarket Handicap.
