ST. PAUL'S LADIES' SEWING GUILD.

The following report; was read and the balance-sheet adopted: "We are round once more to outannual meeting" and have our report and; balance-sheet to lay before you. i held our last; sale in October, J and.the gross.-takings amounted to £203, '3s'6d and "our exepndituro to £66 5s .Id, leaving £136 18s 5d to our credit,: ■ which sum has already been handed ip. the church treasurer on behalf of tlie. organ fund'. The amount now raisqd by our Guild for nine sales is Is 3d. Taking all things into consideration we think that a very creditable; i sum. J V... •.'"-Wo had as usual the help of the different church organisations. \ "The Young Women's Bible Cla&s again took the fancy stall, the.choir, had the flower and lollic stalls, the Sunday-school teachers the produce stall, thd- Endeavourers and "Sundayschool chiidren.a fairy .wellJ and ladies of the Guild the tea-rooms,- and to all these wo tender our hearty? thanks. ! ,- "We would also thank Mr and Mis Barrett and Miss Thompson, North ;Schodl, for the- great trouble they went !toin; providing entertainments for each "evening, which added very considerably to the enjoyment; also the choir fbr 5 their help. - ■ -■ ■ '; "OuV thanks; are also due to Mr W.
