JUDGE DENNISTON RETURNS.

After a years' absence from the Dominion, Mr Justice Denniston. and Mrs Denniston, who have,been Home .on a health-recruiting tour, returned to Wellington to-day by the Moeraki. Miss Denniston returned to New Zealand about a'fortnight ago. '<■' His-Honor who leaves for Christ<church in a couple of days, and opens the Timaru sessions next Wednesday, expressed himself as feeling in excellent health. Mrs Denniston, too, is very, well.'
