POSTAL CHANGES.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, December 4. The Postmaster-General announces the following changes in the Post and Telegraph Department: Mr W. W. Chaney, chief postmaster at New Plymouth, promoted to Napier in place of Mr G. V. Senn, deceased; Mr A. P. Dryden, assistant postmaster at Auckland, promoted to chief postmaster at New Plymouth; Mr T. Aiken, accountant at the Chief Post Office, Auckland, to be assistant postmaster in the same office; Mr P. G. Harwood, accountant in the .Chief Post Office, Wellington, transferred to a similar position at Auckland: Mr P.. D. Kelly, accounts clerk in the General Post Office, promoted to accountant at the Chief Post Office, Wellington.
