(Per Press Association.) Wellington, November 9. Mr D. C. Bates' summary and forecast nre: The weather has been very jrarm. Rain has fallen in both the northern and southernmost districts ,'n'l also in Hawke's Bay last night. Moderate to strong westerly winds have prevailed, but a gale has ben experienced in Foveaux Strait. The present indications are for moderate to strong wsterlv winds. The barometer will irobablv fall slowly everywhere. Warm snd humid conditions are probable with unsettled weather both, a flie extreme north and. south, and about the East Cape. ;
