Indian cashmere shows delightful designs in exquisite colorings. Turbans are rising m height, and show a narrowing at the crown apex. Pompadour ribbon is the bana trimming to a satin gown veiled in chiffon. Small nail-head buttons come on many of the very smartly tailored fine cloth suits. . , ~„ , Hand-painted are tho new chiffon and Voile over-blouses. Some, too, show stencil work. Sealskin hats, like many of velvet, are almost hell-shaped, and banded with a ribbon of tarnished gold. . Velvet flowers in rich coloring are seen on millinery of all description Corduroy velvets and Persian velvets and velveteens are being largely chosen for smart autumn and winter wear. —Home Paper.
