Dr Watt's evidence was to the eifect that the bullet in the groin had not yet been extracted, but no dangerous symptoms had developed. The other three shots, although striking Horrell, caused skin abrasions. Accused . reserved his j defence, and was committed for trial at | the next sittings of the Supreme Court • in Invorcnrgill.
